CRH plc (CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc, a leading global building materials company, reported a buyback of 62,748 of its ordinary shares on July 19, 2024, at a volume weighted average price of $79.6827. Following the transaction, which is part of a larger $300 million share repurchase program announced previously, CRH will cancel the redeemed shares, reducing the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 683,085,616 and holding 41,144,948 in treasury.
