CRH plc (CRH) has released an update.
CRH plc has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 61,455 of its own ordinary shares on July 17, 2024, at a volume-weighted average price of $81.3598. This transaction is part of a larger share buyback program, aiming to repurchase up to $300 million worth of shares by August 7, 2024. Following this buyback and cancellation, CRH’s total issued ordinary share count will stand at 683,210,589, excluding treasury shares.
