On July 2, 2024, CRH plc reported the acquisition and subsequent cancellation of 66,600 of its ordinary shares through its broker HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., with an average paid price of $71.6976 per share. This move is a part of CRH’s ongoing $300 million share buyback program announced on May 10, 2024. After the transactions, CRH’s total shares in issue will stand at 683,828,690, excluding treasury shares, which account for 5.677% of the issued capital.
