Cresud Sociedad Anónima, a prominent Argentinian agricultural and real estate firm, has successfully increased its capital through the exercise of warrants by shareholders, resulting in the issuance of 2,050,914 new ordinary shares. The company reported a collection of USD 882,508.29 from this transaction, leading to an increment in the total shares to 596,355,320 and a decrease in outstanding warrants to 85,998,622.
