Cresud S.A.C.I.F. Y A. (CRESY) has released an update.
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. Y A. announces a substantial cash dividend of ARS 30 billion, at ARS 50.55 per share and ARS 505.48 per American Depositary Share (ADS), payable to shareholders of record as of May 13, 2024. The distribution, which is a result of the Board of Directors’ decision authorized by the General Shareholders’ Meeting, will be available from May 14, 2024. Dividend payouts will be subject to a 7% income tax withholding, in line with Argentine regulations.
