Crestview Exploration, Inc. (TSE:CRS) has released an update.

Crestview Exploration Inc. has successfully completed the second portion of its private placement financing, issuing nearly 2 million units at $0.05 each for total proceeds of $99,750. The funds are earmarked for general corporate expenses, pre-drilling, and exploration on the company’s Nevada properties. The issued securities are subject to a four-month hold period and the offering’s finalization is pending regulatory approvals, including from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
