Crest Resources Inc. has increased its stake in Volatus Capital Corp. by purchasing 2 million common shares, amounting to a 5.44% rise in their security holding percentage. This acquisition elevates Crest Resources’ total control to 27.71% of Volatus’ issued shares, or 36.13% assuming the exercise of additional warrants. The company has stated that the move is for investment purposes and might consider further transactions based on market conditions.
