Crescent Point Energy (TSE:CPG) has released an update.

Crescent Point Energy has announced its annual and special meeting for shareholders to be held virtually on May 10, 2024, where key decisions include electing nine directors, appointing auditors, and considering a name change to Veren Inc. Shareholders as of March 28, 2024, can vote and participate in the meeting through a live webcast. The company’s 2023 financial statements and other relevant documents are available on Crescent Point’s website as well as on SEDAR+ and EDGAR platforms.
