Credit Saison Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of a stock buyback program, acquiring 997,500 shares for a total value of 3.33 billion yen between June 1 and June 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan approved by the board on May 15, 2024, which authorized the purchase of up to 25 million shares, representing 15.2% of the outstanding shares, with a maximum expenditure of 50 billion yen, to be executed over the course of a year.
