Credit Saison Co., Ltd has completed a significant stock buyback, purchasing 1,362,400 shares for a total of 4.65 billion yen from July 1 to July 31, 2024. The buyback is part of a larger program authorized by the Board of Directors to acquire up to 25 million shares, representing 15.2% of the company’s outstanding stock, with an upper limit of 50 billion yen over the year ending May 15, 2025. As of July 31, the company has bought back 3.14 million shares, totaling over 10.54 billion yen.
