Cranswick Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

Cranswick (GB:CWK) has released an update.

Cranswick PLC announced that all proposed resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting, with votes for each resolution ranging from 86.77% to 100% in favor. Key resolutions included the approval of the Annual Report, Remuneration Report, and the election of board members, alongside special resolutions such as authorizing the purchase of own shares and setting general meeting notice periods.
