Craneware Plc (GB:CRW) has released an update.
Craneware PLC has announced the repurchase of 490 of its own shares at a unified price of 2,195 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. The total number of shares in issue is now 35,333,140, excluding treasury shares, and the company has 209,029 Ordinary Shares in treasury after a recent transfer to satisfy an employee share option plan.
