Craneware Awards Stock to Top Executives

Craneware (GB:CRW) has released an update.

Craneware plc, a leader in automated Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, has announced the conditional grant of stock awards to key executives under its Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). Awards were given to the CEO, CFO, CPO, and CLO, and will vest over a three-year period based on performance metrics and continued employment. The shares, once vested, will be subject to a two-year holding period, aligning management’s interests with those of shareholders.
