Crane Company Welcomes Susan D. Lynch to Board of Directors

Susan D. Lynch, age 62, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Crane Company until the next annual stockholders’ meeting in 2025. Lynch, with over 25 years of financial leadership experience in various industries including aerospace and defense, also serves on the boards of Allegro MicroSystems and Onto Innovation Inc. Her extensive background includes roles as CFO at V2X, Sungard Availability Services, and Hitachi Data Systems, as well as senior positions at Raytheon and Honeywell. As part of the company’s Director Compensation Program, she will receive an annual cash retainer and Deferred Stock Units, totaling a value consistent with other non-employee Directors.
