CR Construction Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Lau Pak Shing as an independent non-executive Director and the appointment of Ms. Dong Yuk Lai Petrina to the Board, effective from August 31, 2024. Ms. Dong brings over 40 years of experience in international tax and corporate finance to her new roles as chairlady of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Lau for his services and confirmed both executives’ compliance with the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
