Covivio SA has announced its share capital and voting rights details, reporting a total of 111,623,468 shares comprising the capital and an equal number of theoretical voting rights as of June 30, 2024. However, due to 825,466 treasury shares being deprived of voting rights, the number of exercisable voting rights stands at 110,798,002. The company also reminds stakeholders of the obligation to declare any crossing of thresholds in shareholding, as detailed in their bylaws, to maintain voting rights.
