Covivio Hotels SCA, a Listed Real Estate Investment Company with a €6.4 billion hotel sector portfolio, has disclosed its share capital composition, reporting a total of 148,141,452 shares and an equivalent number of theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly less, at 148,133,674, due to treasury shares without voting rights. The company is backed by a BBB+ / Stable Outlook rating from Standard and Poor’s and is a part of the larger Covivio group, which manages €23.1 billion in assets across Europe.
