Coventry Group Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Neil George Cathie, who acquired 100,000 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares at $1.45 each through Romney Lodge Pty Ltd, where he serves as a director and beneficiary. The transaction, which took place on 11 June 2024 and was approved by shareholders on 4 June 2024, increased his indirect interest to 785,937 shares in the company.
