In an update to shareholders, Coventry Group Limited disclosed a change in Director James Scott Charles Todd’s interests, with an acquisition of 20,690 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares at $1.45 each, increasing his indirect holdings to 147,238 shares via Tamkin Pty Ltd. The transaction, part of the company’s Share Purchase Plan, does not involve any change in director’s interests in contracts and was not conducted during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
