In a recent market update, Coventry Group Limited announced a change in director Neil George Cathie’s interests, with an acquisition of 6,163 ordinary shares through an on-market trade at $1.407 each. Following this transaction, Cathie’s indirect interest via Romney Lodge Pty Ltd increased to 815,385 fully paid ordinary shares. There were no disposals reported, and the director’s total holdings, combining multiple entities, now stand significantly higher.
