Coventry Group Limited has announced a significant change in director Alexander James White’s holdings, with an acquisition of 485,791 ordinary shares through on-market trades, totaling an investment of $603,255.26. This transaction has increased White’s indirect interest in the company via Richmond Hill Capital Pty Ltd to 20,674,929 fully paid ordinary shares, while his interest through White Piranha Super Pty Ltd remains unaffected at 31,241 shares.
