Country Garden Services Holdings Co has announced the sale of a 1.49% stake in Zhuhai Wanda for RMB3.14 billion, allowing them to realize an 8% annualized internal rate of return after tax. This strategic disposal, which is classified as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, will not require shareholder approval. Following the sale, Country Garden Services will retain a 0.31% interest in the company.
