Country Garden Services Holdings Co has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 9, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve a new share option scheme for eligible participants. The scheme includes authorizing the board to issue options and amend the scheme within set limits, subject to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s listing rules. Shareholders are also given the right to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf.
