Country Garden Reports July Sales Amid Trading Suspension

Country Garden Holdings Co (HK:2007) has released an update.

Country Garden Holdings Company Limited reported unaudited operating figures for July 2024, announcing that the Group achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 3.41 billion, with contracted sales GFA attributable to shareholders of approximately 0.38 million square meters. Investors were cautioned that these preliminary figures could change and should not be relied upon as an indication of current or future performance, and trading in the company’s shares remains suspended until further notice.
