Country Garden Services Holdings Co has announced a special dividend of RMB 0.2727 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid to shareholders at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09785, amounting to HKD 0.2994 per share.
