The meeting’s agenda includes electing two Class II Directors, ratifying the appointment of Ernst & Young as independent auditors, and discussing other potential business matters. Shareholders are urged to vote by proxy if they cannot attend and are reminded that the company’s Annual Report is available on the Costamare website.
