Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has announced an increase in its issued share capital to 278,466,029 ordinary shares following an allotment connected to its Long Term Incentive Plan. Shareholders can use this new total as the reference point for declaring changes in their holdings as per the FCA’s rules. There are no shares held in treasury, and each share holds one vote.
