Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has announced that shareholders have opted to receive 19,008 new ordinary shares instead of cash for their interim dividends for 2024. This move comes after the renewal of the scrip dividend scheme approved in 2022. The new shares will commence trading on the London Stock Exchange on October 18, 2024, alongside the company’s existing shares.
