Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has actively pursued its share buyback program, announcing the purchase of 126,051 ordinary shares on September 20, 2024, at prices ranging from 103.00 to 104.50 pence per share. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 273,430,505. This latest transaction is part of Costain’s ongoing effort to buy back 5,035,524 shares for cancellation.
