Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback on 2nd October 2024, where it purchased 95,530 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 99.2617 pence per share. The shares acquired will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 272,519,547. This buyback is part of a larger programme that has seen Costain acquire nearly 6 million shares for cancellation.
