Costain Group PLC has recently completed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange as part of its ongoing buyback program initiated on 21 August 2024. These shares, bought through Investec, will be cancelled, reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 272,794,069. The buyback forms part of Costain’s strategy to manage capital effectively, with a total of 5,671,960 shares acquired for cancellation under the program.
