The company has confirmed adherence to all the conditions set by the SGX-ST for the waiver and asserts that it remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. This extension is instrumental in allowing the company to maintain its Main Board listing status, which is deemed beneficial for the company and its shareholders.
