COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. has announced a delay in the despatch of a circular originally scheduled for September 26, 2024, to shareholders regarding the construction of twelve 14,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container vessels. The circular is now expected to be distributed by October 15, 2024, due to the need for additional time to finalize certain details. This circular is a follow-up to previous disclosures related to the company’s significant vessel construction transactions.
