To ensure compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules, the company has proposed the appointment of Ms. Zhang Xueyan as a new non-executive director, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Zhang brings a wealth of experience in capital operations and holds a master’s degree in economics.
