COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co (HK:1919) has released an update.
COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.52 per share for the first half of the 2024 financial year, with payments to be made in HKD at the exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.094477 on 25 October 2024. The shares will go ex-dividend on 08 October 2024, and the book will close from 10 October 2024 to 15 October 2024 for the determination of shareholders’ entitlement. A withholding tax of 10% for non-resident corporate shareholders and 20% for resident individuals in mainland China, including those investing through Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, will be applied.
