COSCIENS Biopharma Inc. revealed unexpected Phase 3 trial results for macimorelin, a diagnostic tool for Childhood Onset Growth Hormone Deficiency, which did not meet the primary efficacy endpoint. Despite this, the trial confirmed the safety of macimorelin and its ability to stimulate growth hormone release in children.
