Corporación Financiera Alba, S.A. shareholders have approved the annual and consolidated accounts for 2023, the management of the Board of Directors, a non-financial information statement, and the allocation of fiscal year results including a significant extraordinary dividend distribution. Additionally, the re-election of Directors, including both independent and dominical categories, was confirmed for a four-year term, and the Board’s remuneration report and a new multi-year variable remuneration plan were approved.
