Corpay, Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire GPS Capital Markets, LLC for $725 million, with the deal expected to be finalized in early 2025 pending regulatory approval. To discuss the details of this acquisition, Corpay will host a conference call, which will be available through live webcast and phone, with a replay option offered until June 27, 2024.
