Bytes Technology Group PLC has notified the market of a significant change in share ownership, as Coronation Fund Managers, based in Cape Town, South Africa, has increased its stake to 8.01% of the company’s voting rights, crossing the threshold on August 30, 2024. This new acquisition of shares brings Coronation Fund Managers’ total number of voting rights in Bytes Technology Group to 19,283,490.
