Cornish Metals (TSE:CUSN) has released an update.
Cornish Metals Inc. has announced the divestiture of its Nickel King Property to Northera Resources Ltd. for a deal that could reach C$8 million. The sale is part of Cornish Metals’ strategy to concentrate on their primary South Crofty tin project in the UK, while maintaining a stake in future successes at Nickel King through equity in Northera post a go-public transaction. This transaction includes upfront cash payments and shares in Northera, positioning Cornish Metals to benefit from exploration advancements in Canada’s Northwest Territories.
