Corner Growth CFO Resigns, Proposed Merger with Noventiq

Jerome “Jerry” Letter resigned as CFO of Corner Growth Acquisition Corp., with no disagreements cited, and CEO Marvin Tien has taken over as acting CFO. The following day, Noventiq Holdings PLC announced Letter as their new CFO and Head of Corporate Development, as well as their unaudited operating highlights. Noventiq also provided an investor presentation on a proposed business combination with Corner Growth. This move is part of Noventiq’s growth strategy, leveraging its global presence in digital transformation and cybersecurity services.
