Core Scientific, a leader in digital infrastructure for high-performance computing, has received approval from the Denton City Council for lease amendments to expand their computing capabilities. The expansion will increase their land lease from 31 to 78 acres and boost power access from 297 to 394 MW, potentially leading to a $6.1 billion property investment. This growth supports the company’s aim to enhance their data centers and meet rising demands for high-performance computing and AI applications.
