Core Scientific Inc ( (CORZ) ) has shared an update.
Denise Sterling, the CFO of Core Scientific, has announced her decision to resign, effective no later than May 1, 2025, or upon the appointment of a successor. A nationwide search is underway for a new CFO, while Sterling will continue to assist with the transition. Her departure is not due to any disagreements with company operations or practices. During the transition, she will maintain her salary and be eligible for a retention bonus and stock incentives, provided certain conditions are met. Core Scientific has acknowledged Sterling’s contributions, particularly highlighting her leadership during a transformative period and her role in a successful restructuring and financing effort.
