Brown, with a 25-year tenure in the Australian resources industry, brings extensive experience in lithium mining and operations, particularly from his leadership roles at Hastings Technology Metals and Mineral Resources Ltd. The company is preparing to restart mining at the Finniss Lithium Project, aiming for cost-efficient and sustainable operations under Brown’s guidance.
