Core Laboratories N.V. (CLB) has provided an update.
Core Laboratories Inc. announced the resignation of its Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Kevin Daniels, who is leaving to explore new opportunities without any disputes over accounting practices. Succeeding him is Mr. Sow Hang Teo, a seasoned professional within the company since 2006, and a former Corporate Controller of Financial Reporting. Mr. Teo brings a wealth of experience to his new role, including previous positions at DNV Asia Pacific and a solid background in public accounting, with certifications from Malaysian accounting institutes and an MBA. There are no conflict-of-interest transactions requiring disclosure related to his appointment.
