Cordlife Group Limited successfully convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with full attendance of board members and shareholders, both in-person and virtually. The meeting, led by Chairperson Ms. Chen Xiaoling, confirmed a quorum and proceeded with the agenda after confirming all proxies were in order. Shareholders were also briefed about a special notice from Phillip Securities, representing Nanjing Xinjiekou Department Store Co., Ltd.
