Cordlife Group Limited has announced the strategic re-designation of Ms. Chen Xiaoling from a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director to the role of Group Executive Director, effective 17 July 2024. In her new position, Ms. Chen will tackle the company’s significant challenges, focusing on strategic solutions and the implementation of effective measures to ensure resilience and sustainable growth. The company’s Board composition will be updated accordingly, with no changes to the various committees.
