Corcel (GB:CRCL) has released an update.
Corcel PLC, an exploration and production company operating in Angola and Brazil, has announced the issuance of 3,556,362 new ordinary shares under its Share Incentive Plan for the 2023/24 tax year. These shares are to be admitted for trading on the AIM market with an expected date around 24 May 2024, which will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 1,958,300,515 shares. The move is part of the company’s efforts to incentivize its employees through monthly salary deductions that are converted into company shares.
