Joe Grimmond, Non-Executive Chair of Coral Products plc, has increased his stake in the company by purchasing 20,000 shares at 10.74 pence each, signaling confidence in the plastic products specialist. With this acquisition, Grimmond’s interest in Coral Products now totals over 6.5 million shares, constituting 7.30% of the company’s issued share capital. This transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on May 13, 2024.
