Copper Search Ltd. has announced a successful private placement, raising $2 million through the issue of 20 million new shares to fund their upcoming drilling program at the Peake Project in South Australia. The company has also secured commitments from directors who subscribed for additional shares, with investors receiving options to acquire more shares at a later date. The funds will be directed mainly towards the drilling program at Douglas Creek and Paradise Dam prospects, with additional allocation for regional exploration, gold prospectivity assessments, and general corporate purposes.
